Cake dummies are a great way of practising your cake decorating skills, ready for the real thing! Ideal for students, model cakes, non-edible tiers or as separators between tiers.
The 6” deep dummies can be covered with royal icing, sugarpaste, buttercream etc. to practice covering and modelling. Also use them for fake tiers if you want an impressive display.
Made from EPS 100 polystyrene, the dummy is more compressed than other cake dummies on the market making it much easier to cut with a serrated knife.
