Confectioners glaze from Sugarflair is an edible varnish, ideal to use wherever a high gloss finish is required or simply as a protective coating. The glaze can be easily applied with a brush and can be used on breads, buns, rolls, cakes, sugar flowers and more. Used extensively for creating a shine on sugar leaves, flowers etc.
Brush on to give a high shine finish to any sugarcraft work. This glaze dries to a clear colour.
