These high strength, neon bright food colours are 100% edible. Use a small amount at a time until the desired colour is reached.
The neon gel colours can be used to colour:
- Cake batter, cookie dough, macarons,
- buttercream, sugarpaste/fondant, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan,
- ice-cream
- and much more besides.
