Saracino Modelling Paste 1kg White is “Titanium Free”. It contains cocoa butter this makes it an extremely malleable and strong paste that can be easily worked to help produce professional results .
Being extremely elastic and strong, Saracino modelling paste can be modelled easily without it cracking.
When worked it maintains its form and can be finely rolled and moulded which assists with delicate work such as laces, moulds and small flowers. Because it can be rolled so thin, it makes it exceptional for use with cutters in order to create realistic sugar flowers and leaves.
It also has a subtle aroma and taste. Gluten free and contains no hydrogenated fats.
This hugely popular white modelling paste is manufactured in Italy and is highly regarded by sugarcrafters for it’s premium modelling properties.
Similarly, due to it’s cocoa butter content, Saracino modelling paste hardens quickly but does not dry out. This means that you can work quickly with it, but also correct any imperfections with ease.
Use with our concentrated paste colours to create the colour shade you need, or mix with any pre-coloured ready to roll icing.
The modelling paste comes in a resealable pot with inner bag to maintain freshness and is best stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
